An enjoyable hands-on tutorial in the sophisticate-look gateau making - done it so easy! You will learn how to make and bake the sponge, lining the cake ring, emulsifying the chocolate and cream and assembling the gateau. And it is always fun to learn the finishing touch. At the end of the lesson, your will have a proudly made your own Gateau to take home and enjoy with your family and friends. I require minimum of 2 people to run this lesson.
