Service Description

An enjoyable hands-on tutorial in the art of making chocolate bonbons like jewels! You will learn the tips on how to make sea salt caramel without any fear on failing! Then I will introduce how to temper the chocolate in the easiest way. Finishing with learning how to cast the chocolates in the chocolate moulds with soft filling. At the end of the lesson, the chocolates you have made will be packed, ready for you to take home. I require minimum of 2 people to run this lesson.
