Service Description

An enjoyable hands-on tutorial in the art of making real dark chocolate truffles. You will learn the secrets behinds making the perfect dark chocolate truffles and another your own flavour chocolates. During the lesson, you will be having a story on world of chocolates, how it was made - beans to bar. You will taste the different cacao content chocolate couverture. And experience how the aroma evolves on your palette. At the end of the lesson, the truffles you have made will be beautifully packed, ready for you to take home and enjoy with your family and friends. I require minimum of 2 people to run this lesson.
